Applications are invited for the following JRF position in DBT sponsored project (No: BT/PR13616/BRB/10/774/2010) entitled: “Unraveling of conserved stress responsive mechanism using Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 as a model”. Candidates interested are requested to send their Biodata, copies of certificates and contact information to the P.I. (address given above) on or before 16-8-2012. Work involves targeted mutagenesis and application of DNA microarrays to unravel the functions of hypothetical genes. Suitable candidates will be called for interview to appear before the selection committee intimating the date and venue. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

JRF (One)

M.Sc/ M.Tech (Plant Sciences / Microbiology/ Biotechnology / Biochemistry/Life Sciences), UGC/CSIR NET or GATE qualification is must.
