Applications are invited for the post of a Project Fellow with a fellowship of Rs. 14,000/- p.m. in a UGC Major Research Project titled "Enhancing Rhizodegradation of Hexachlorocyclohexane by Suitable Agronomic Packages" sanctioned up to 3 years. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project. The candidates should have M.Sc. in Environmental Science /Environmental Technology /Botany/Biotechnology/ Life Science/Agricultural Science with at least 55% marks and age below 40 years (45 years for women, SC/ST and Physically handicapped candidates). All things Ibeing equal, SC/ST candidates will preferred as per GOI rules:

Research experience in bioremediation and molecular biology would be desirable.
