SERB SERC Schools in Neuroscience – Sixth Edition

NISER Bhubaneswar will conduct the SERB sponsored school for imparting training in basic and cutting edge areas in Neurosciences. Twenty five young researchers (Ph.D. scholars, postdoctoral fellows or young faculty members) below the age of 35 years will be selected at an all India level.

Faculty includes Collins Assisi, Kavita Babu, Jackson Bittencourt, Aurnab Ghose, Chandan Goswami, Soumya Iyengar, Neeraj Jain, K. S. Krishnan, Vimlesh Kumar, Vinod Kumar, M. K. Mathew, Suhita Nadkarni, John Nicholls, Mani Ramaswami, Nino Ramirez, B. S. Shankarnarayana Rao, Vatsala Thirumalai, Vidita Vaidya and other leading scientists. For those interested in understanding the
nervous system, the school will offer a rare opportunity to learn from practitioners in the field to first hand observe the brain and its function.
