Advertisement for positions for a Indo-UK Collaborative Research Project

Applications are invited for two JRF and one SRF to work in the DST sponsored research project “Development and Integration of Biomass and Concentrating Photovoltaic System for Rural and Urban Energy Bridge: BioCPV” under Indo-UK Collaborative Research Initiative on “Bridging the Urban Rural Divide”.

The candidates should have passed postgraduate examination with minimum 55% marks.

Qualification:

JRF (1) : M.Sc Microbiology/ Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Environmental Science with knowledge in microbiology/ biotechnology/ biochemistry techniques. Age below 28 years. NET/GATE essential.
JRF (2): M.Sc (Ag.) in Agricultural Economics / Environmental Science / Social Work/ Rural Development with knowledge in Extension activities and data collection at village level. Age below 28 years. NET/GATE essential.
SRF: M.Sc Microbiology/ Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Environmental Science/ Chemistry with good knowledge in microbiology/ biotechnology/ biochemistry techniques. Candidates with 2 years research experience in Fermentation technology /Biogas production evidenced by publications in peer reviewed journals will be preferred. Age below 30 years. NET/GATE essential.
Fellowships per month: JRF: 18,000 consolidated; SRF: 22,000 consolidated
