Executive Microbiologist
Job Description
Sampling and microbiological evaluation of all incoming raw materials, packaging material, WIP and finished product.
Equipment monitoring (cleaning & sanitization).
Handling customer audits, complaints & feedback.
Environment monitoring (Production area). Monitor air coming in contact with product. i.e. compressed air, filtered air for microbial content.
Knowledge of HACCP is mendatory.
Calibration of Microbiology laboratory instruments.
Develop control methods to prevent contamination.
Training of workers within the hotel on importance of hygiene
