a) Group Leader (Downstream process engineering ) / Sr. Process Scientist (2 nos)
- People skills - Ability to lead teams of 5-8 personnel that include chromatography and analytical personnel
- Conceptualisation and execution of novel process protocols - Must have had experience in developing downstream processes for biopharmaceuticals
- Sound chromatography knowledge - Practical & theoretical aspects of chromatography
- Sound knowledge/handling of automated chromatography equipement - AKTA explorer, pilot, purifier and TF Filteration / Depth filteration systems
- Sound knowledge of protein characterisation techniques - SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, IEF, MALDI, CD, HPLC, MS-MS
b) Process Engineer / Process Scientist (6 nos) -
- Sound chromatography knowledge - Practical & theoretical aspects of chromatography
- Sound knowledge/handling of automated chromatography equipement - AKTA explorer, pilot, purifier and TF Filteration / Depth filteration systems
- Sound knowledge of protein characterisation techniques - SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, IEF, MALDI, CD, HPLC, MS-MS
c) Molecular Biologists (2 nos) - PhD/MSc with 2 - 3 years of experience in development of expression vectors, identification and validation of promoters, pathway engineering
d) Cell biologists (2 nos) - PhD/MSc with 4-5 years of experience in clone development, media development and optimisation, maintenance and validation of cell lines
e) Fermentation specialists (5 nos) - MTech/MSc with 4-5 years of experience in hi-density fermentation process development, chemically defined media optimisation - for mammalian and/or microbial culture
f) Microbiologists (2 nos) - PhD/MSc with 2-3 years of experience in mutation studies, clone development, media development and optimisation
