Applications are invited from the eligible candidates on plain paper with educational qualifications and experience for one temporary position of Research Associate/Senior Research Fellow/Junior Research Fellow in the CSIR project entitled “Generation of Insertional Mutants in Solanum lycopersicum through T-DNA Tagging for Functional Genomics and Biotechnological Applications” sanctioned by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) New Delhi.

| Research Associate/ Senior Research Fellow/ Junior Research Fellow | Research Associate: Ph.D. Degree in Genetics/Biotechnology/Botany/Life Sciences from a recognized university with at least one publication in standard refereed journal, preference will given to the candidates with research experience in gene cloning and Agrobacterium mediated transformation technique. Senior Research Fellow: M.Sc. Degree in Genetics/Biotechnology/Botany/Life Sciences with minimum 55% of marks from a recognized university with at least one publication in standard refereed journal, preference will given to the candidates with research experience in gene cloning and Agrobacterium mediated transformation technique. Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc. Degree in Genetics/Biotechnology/Botany/Life Sciences with minimum 55% of marks from a recognized university and should qualified CSIR/UGC NET/GATE. | As per CSIR guideline |
Applicant should note that the appointment is purely temporary basis for the duration of three years (2012-2015) or completion of the project and subject to satisfactory year wise progress of work and there is no right to claim for any regular appointment with University.
