WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Indian Council of Agricultural Research under National Agricultural Innovation Project has set up a Zonal Technology Management and Business Planning & Development (ZTM-BPD) Unit at IVRI, Izatnagar. The BPD provides wide range of services like technology commercialization, entrepreneurship development, business Incubation facilities, preparation of detailed project reports (DPRs), customized market research, IPR, financial issues and other professional services like contract research, collaborative research, and consultancy projects. The unit is looking for a dynamic Business Manager for ZTM-BPD Unit. A Walk-in-Interview for filling up the vacant position will be held on the date and time as given below:
1. Title of the project: NAIP (Component-1) “Zonal Technology Management and Business Planning & Development Unit at IVRI, Izatnagar”
2. Name and Number of position: Business Manager-01
3. Essential Qualification- Candidate must possess a basic degree in Veterinary Science/ Animal Science/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences and MBA preferably in Agribusiness Management from a reputed Institute.
4. Desirable qualifications: Experience in agribusiness management
5. Emoluments: Rs. 70,000/- per month (Consolidated)
6. Responsibilities: To assist Project Leader and Consortium Principal Investigator in development of business plans for commercialization of technologies, entrepreneurship development & business Incubation, exploration of market, business support services and overall business development and any other work assigned to him/her from time to time.
7. Date and Venue of Interview: 18.12.2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Committee Room of the Administrative Block, IVRI, Izatnagar, Bareilly
8. Duration of engagement: The engagement is co-terminus with the project.
9. Terms and conditions:
Upper age limit for men and women is 40 and 45 years, respectively on the date of interview. The age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidate is as per GOI rules.
No objection and experience certificate from the present employer in case he/she is employed.
Position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Selected candidate will not be entitled to claim for regular appointment /absorption with in this Institute or ICAR.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Candidates should appear for Walk-in-Interview with Bio-data, two passport size photographs and original certificates/testimonial with one set of photocopies.

The Director’s decision will be final and binding in all respects.
