Applications are invited (by Post or in person, at the address mentioned below) within 15 days from the date of advertisement (on or before 20th February 2013) for ad-hoc appointment of One Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under time bound Research Project entitled “Epidemiology, pathogenomics and system biology of A. flavus infections in India – an integrative approach” sponsored by DBT for a period of three years, depending on the progress of the work and approval of the funding agency.

1. Junior Research Fellow – One

Salary- @ Rs. 16,000 plus 30% HRA per month

Qualifications: M.Sc. degree or M.Tech. (with CGPA ≥ 6.5 or 60% marks) in Microbiology/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology or equivalent degree with good academic background. Aptitude for research in the area of Mycology/Microbiology/ Immunology/ Genetics/ Molecular Biology etc. and its application in the area of health and diseases will be preferred.

Age limit: 28 years; relaxation as per Govt. of India rules.

No accommodation/medical benefits etc. will be applicable and no TA/DA would be paid for attending the interview.
