Research Assistant UoH Molecular Biology Opening

Applications are invited for a Laboratory Research Assistant position, sponsored by the DBT Project, BT/PR1825/AGR/36/679/2011. The selected candidate will be primarily involved in cell culture and molecular biology analyses as well as routine laboratory administrative duties.

Research- Assistant

B.Sc/ M.Sc Rs. 8,000 – 10,000 Initial appointment is for one year and subjected to annual renewal

Applicant should have a recognized University Degree in Life Sciences (B.Sc/ M.Sc) with emphasis in molecular biology and biochemistry. Good written and oral communication, excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment with an aspiration to learn new techniques is highly desired.

Applicants should note that the appointment is purely temporary and subjected to renewal up to three years and there is no Right to Claim for any regular appointment with the University.
