Applications are invited in prescribed pro forma for the following posts under the projects mentioned along with the post, detailed qualification and pay etc. of the posts are given below:

Senior Research Fellow

SBIRI, DBT (PI- Dr. Shelly Praveen)

M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Life sciences or equivalent.

Graduate or equivalent from a recognized University

Two to three years experiences in the relevant field.

Hands on experience in molecular biology techniques with proven published record.

Experience in handling software involved in Life sciences research.

Lab Assistant

BIPP, DBT (PI- Dr. Shelly Praveen)

Graduate or equivalent from a recognized University

Knowledge of laboratory work and field operations. 

Experience of working in research laboratory.

Basic knowledge of computers.

1. Age maximum 35 years on the date of advertisement, relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/women and 3 years for OBC candidates.
2. The positions are purely temporary and shall be terminated on termination of the project.
3. The eligible candidates may apply on prescribed pro forma only through ordinary post only. No other documents like attested copies of testimonials or research papers should be attached.

Candidates are advised to write the name of the project and post applied for on top left of the envelop. Applications must reach the Principal Investigator, Division of Plant Pathology, IARI, New Delhi-110012 within 15 days from the date of appearance of advertisement in News paper/ IARI website. Call letter will be issued for interview to the selected candidates after screening.

5. If any information furnished by the candidate is found incorrect, his/her candidature will be rejected without notice and no correspondence will be entertained in this matter.

6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
