Applications are invited for one (1) post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DBT sponsored Innovative Young Biotechnologists Award-2012 (IYBA 2012) project entitled “Structural insights into RNA duplexes comprising trinucleotide repeat expansions and their implications in alternative splicing misregulation by MBNL1”.
Junior Research Fellow
Duration of project: Three years. The appointment will be on temporary basis for a period of one year. Based on performance in the first year, the appointment could be extended till the end of project.
Nature of work: Biochemistry and Computational.
Essential Qualification(s): MSc or MTech in any allied area of Life Sciences with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks, desirably with UGC-CSIR/DBT/ICMR JRF or GATE.
Emoluments: Rs. 16,000 + H.R.A. pm for the first two years and subsequently,
Rs. 18,000 + H.R.A. pm for the third year.
