Applications are invited for the post of a Project Fellow with a salary @Rs.14000/- p.m (fixed) in a UGC sponsored research project entitled “Melatonin in modulation of immunocompetent cytokines (TNF-α, IL-2, IL-6, IL-10 and IFN-γ) and its receptors in the lymphoid organs of Indian palm squirrel Funambulus pennanti : An in vivo and in vitro study”.
The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Candidates should be M.Sc. (with minimum 55% marks) in Zoology and age not exceeding 40 years. A relaxation of 5 years upper age limit will be given to SC/ST/physically challenged/female candidates. All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be given preferences as per GOI rules.
Desirable qualifications:
1. Specialization in Endocrinology
2. Hands-on experience in molecular endocrinological techniques.
