Scientists at IOB will share their expertise to train the highly motivated young researchers in India to handle the massive data emerging from high-throughput Next-Gen Sequencing through a 4-days workshop.
This intensive workshop is intended to provide series of lectures in conjunction with hands-on training to experimental designs, data handling, quality control and analysis of the whole genome and transcriptome data.
