SENIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE / PROJECT EXECUTIVE IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) MANAGEMENT
Qualifications : M.Sc/M.Tech (1st Division) in Life Sciences/Biotechnology
Preferable: Qualified Patent Agent and/or Diploma holder in Intellectual Property Rights from a recognized law college/ institute
Experience : Minimum of two years of experience in dealing with Intellectual property rights and/or Technology-transfer related tasks/assignments.
IP Assignments shall mean novelty search, patentability assessment, freedom-tooperate search, landscape analysis, advising clients for generation of IP, etc.
Candidates with experience in drafting of patent applications will be preferred.
Technology-transfer related tasks shall mean technology assessment (technical, IP and market), IP valuation, drafting license agreements, contracts, etc.
Job description: Responsibilities would include drafting of patent applications, conducting patentability and Freedom-to-operate searches, drafting and vetting of Agreements/Contracts, facilitating technology-transfer and posttransfer monitoring.
