WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Walk-in-interview will be held on 17-08-2013 at 10.00 a.m. at this Institute for engagement of the following manpower to work on contractual basis in the time-bound project, “BPD for NAARM” (“Business Planning and Development for Agri-entrepreneurship and Technology Management”), under the National Agricultural Innovation Project (NAIP), on a consolidated monthly remuneration. The duration of contractual engagement of manpower is co-terminus with the project :
BUSINESS MANAGER
Rs.70,000/- Per month (fixed)
Upto March, 2014 or co-terminus with the project.
(a). Educational Qualifications (Essential) : B.Sc.(Ag.) / Life Science, and MBA or equivalent.
(b). Work Experience (Essential) : Minimum of 3 years experience in the Agribusiness industry with specialization in sales and marketing and management, preferably with experience in business development, technology commercialization, event management and promotion.
(c). Skills: Marketing skills in advertisement, publicity through direct and online modes, event management skills, technology commercialization skills, in terms of organizing and conducting programs, innovative revenue generation skills, ability to network with multilingual team, basic computer skills in MS Office, good written and oral communication in English.
(d). Others : The candidate must have high passion and positive attitude, and must be a team player and willing to travel.
(e). Work profile : (i). Work includes understanding and preparing business plans for commercializing NARS technologies (technology valuation, advertisement and finding potential buyers); negotiations with various stakeholders for completion of proposals, documentation, organizing workshops, trainings and meetings and other works as assigned by PI and Co-PI.
(ii). Will report to Project Team.
AGE LIMIT : Men : 40 years & Women : 45 years (relaxable to SC/ST/OBC & PH as per Government of India rules).
The candidates fulfilling the above criteria may appear for interview along with their bio-data and original certificates with a set of copies of the same. Candidates reporting after 10.00 a.m. will not be considered for the Walk-in-interview. The selected candidates will have to join immediately and NO TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview.
