Qualifications & Experience Ph D degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
Relevant Experience A background in molecular cloning, gene manipulation, gene expression and protein purification would be beneficial. However, above experience may be waived for the selection of exceptionally good candidates with publications in peer-reviewed high impact journals in the relevant field. The candidate is expected to work independently and drive the project on his/her own accord, as well as writing scientific manuscripts and training the Ph.D. students in the relevant area of research.:
Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates as per CSIR rule.
