Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow for the following time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below:
Project Title: Purification of Chikungunya Virus nsP3 Protein for Peptide Based Inhibitor and Structural Studies
PI: Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Associate Professor, Biotechnology department, JIIT
Post: JRF (one)
Duration: The post is valid for a period of Two and half years. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates called for interview.
Emoluments: 15,600/- fixed per month (consolidated)
Essential Qualifications: MSc in Life Sciences/Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology.
Preference will be given to CSIR /UGC/ JRF/NET qualified candidates. However, Non- NET qualified candidates can also apply.
Job Description: cloning, protein purification, functional genomics applications, peptide libraries.
