UGC-BSR Research Fellowships

Applications are invited for the following position to work under the UGC- Basic Scientific Research scheme, at the Department Of Studies in Food Science & Nutrition.

RESEARCH FELLOWS THREE

Job Description : The selected candidates will have to carry out the research work in the UGC Special Assistance Program DRS II thrust area ‘Development of disease specific functional foods & clinical trials in target groups’.

Computer knowledge is essential.

Qualification : M Sc. in Food Science & Nutrition / Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics / Food Science  / Home Science/Biochemistry/ Clinical research with I class.

Candidates who have qualified the PhD entrance exam of UOM are eligible to apply.

Duration : 2 years (extendable for a further period of 3 years)

Application on plain paper containing name of the candidate, date of birth, qualification, research experience, should reach the undersigned on or before 10 May 2014. The eligible candidates will be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be paid.
