Application is invited for the position of Project Associate for a research project at the Department of Biological Sciences and Bioengineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK).

• Project Associate: (01)

B. Tech or Masters Degree in Biotechnology or allied Life Sciences.

Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having:

• Minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
• At least 2 years of research experience in Cancer or Mammalian Cell Culture, Gene Cloning, Quantitative PCR and other routine molecular biology applications after Masters in an academic institutions/ research & development organization may apply.
• Should be well conversant with spoken & written English.

Salary Range:  Project Associate (Junior level) 10,000-1000-20,000.

The position is purely temporary for one year and based on the performance extendable further until duration of project.
