BDU National Seminar/Workshop on Animal Cell Culture and Molecular Techniques in Animal Biotech | 5-11 November 2014

SCOPE AND AIMS OF THE WORKSHOP Cell Culture Technology has provided an interesting perspective on its multi-applications in life science research.

Molecular techniques have also become routine in several diagnostic tests and in majority of research publications too.

Basics in genomics and proteomics are necessary for the upcoming generations to fight back against various novel diseases. This workshop is designed to enlighten their knowledge on techniques involved in cell culture based molecular biology and introduces the importance of life science research solely beneficial to the society. After attending the workshop, participants are expected to acquire the basic skills and knowledge of molecular techniques involved in cell culture and to be aware of the importance of safety and precautions needed when working in a research laboratory.
