Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one position of Senior Research Fellow in a CSIR funded research project entitled " Transcriptional and Translational profiling of drug resistant genes following therapeutic intervention in colorectal cancer: a regional study” in the Cancer Research Program – 4 Laboratory at Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Candidates having M.Sc/M.Tech. in Biotechnology / Life sciences with at least 60% marks, CSIR-NET/GATE qualified with one publication in SCI Journal and should have completed at least 2 years of post-M.Sc., M.Tech, research experience.
AGE : Below 34 years as on 31st December, 2014
Emoluments : 18,000/- + 20% HRA for CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT or equivalent qualified candidates; 14,000/- + 20% HRA for others.
Duration :
One and half years or till termination of the project –(whichever is earlier)
Only those fulfilling the above criteria need apply and will be called for interview. No TA/ DA will be given for appearing in the interview.
