ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The workshop on Chemoinformatics and Drug Designing is exclusively designed for college students pursuing courses in life sciences in the under graduate level. This workshop will provide a unique opportunity for students to get introduced to the field of chemoinformatics “exploring small molecules by computational simulations”. The workshop includes lectures on basics as well as recent advancements in chemonformatics, followed by hands on training to practice the earned knowledge. This workshop will also provide them with an opportunity to visit the infrastructure and the state of the art laboratories
in the School of Life Sciences at B. S. Abdur Rahman University.
WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES
This workshop is intended to introduce students to
· The field of Chemoinformatics and its applications in real world.
· Inspire students towards research for the welfare of our nation.
This workshop is designed for the under graduate students who are interested in pursuing their research or job in chemoinformatics, drug designing and development.
REGISTRATION
Participation is only by registration. Fill the form and submit on or before 04/02/2015 either by e-mail or by post. Limited seats are available. There is NO registration fee. Participants will be given a “Participation Certificate” after successful completion of the workshop. For registered participants light refreshment will be provided at free of cost. NO TA/DA and accommodation will be provided.
