Molecular aspects of human diseases endeavors to bring together ongoing research in various national and international laboratories around the world specially on development of preclinical models, identification and characterization of biomarkers, pharmacogenomics and its role in the development of translational and personalized medicine. Molecular aspects of human diseases- In a concerted effort to work towards development of translational strategies to counter human diseases like respiratory illnesses, cardiac ailments, alimentary duct dysfunctional syndromes, parasitic diseases, cancer, neurological disorders that constitute various nuances of inflammation, degeneration, or uncontrolled anomalous growth, scientists, academicians, researchers and students as well as the general public need to meet and interact on a common platform. This international seminar shall endeavor to showcase ongoing research in various parts of India and some selected countries with which this department has collaborative relationship, in order to facilitate direct interaction amongst scientific workers across several disciplines of the life sciences and material sciences. While some scientists concentrate on developing models for investigation of molecular human multidisciplinary scientific network to promote excellent scientific growth in this country.
