Newcastle University is delighted to announce 1 Newcastle University Indian Scholarship to undergraduate applicants as follows:
- £5,000 payable towards the first year of tuition fees.
This scholarship is available for high achieving Indian students applying for entry onto undergraduate degree programmes within the Faculties of Humanities and Social Sciences (HaSS), Science, Agriculture and Engineering (SAgE) and Medical Sciences (FMS) commencing their studies in September 2015.
Eligibility
In order to apply for this scholarship you must satisfy the following conditions:
- You must be an Indian national and have been assessed as international/overseas for fees purposes.
- You must hold a Conditional or Unconditional offer of a place at Newcastle University.
- You intend to register to start your studies during the 2015-16 academic year.
- Academic requirements :
- you must have achieved 85 % or above in standard 12th, AAA in A level or 37 IB point.

Please complete the application form electronically and in accordance with the Country Specific Scholarships Regulations.
Further Information
The closing date for receipt of applications is 30th June 2015. Country managers will award on the basis of best qualified students and content of personal statement. Please note that NU India Scholarship applications cannot be considered for candidates unless they have already applied for and been offered a place to study at the University.
