Advertisement for Junior Research Fellow (DST funded Project)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow in a DBT, Govt. of India funded project

Name of the project: “Identification and characterization of hypovirulence factors from Rosellinia nectarix causing white root rot in apple”.

Duration of Project: Three Years

Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Essential Qualification: M.Sc./B.Tech./M.Tech (Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Plant pathology / Life Sciences) with minimum 60% marks.

NET (CSIR/UGC/ICAR) will remain the essential qualification for the above mentioned post.

Desirable experience: Research experience in the field of Molecular Biology/ Host Pathogen Interaction/Plant Pathology

Age Limit: 28 Years Emoluments: Rs. 16,000 + HRA Per month (As per the latest OM on fellowship revision, the fellowship can be revised to Rs. 25,000 after clarification from funding agency).
