Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow from life sciences background for ICMR funded project entitled “Genome wide analysis of genetic alterations and gene expression profile in hormone sensitive and hormone refractory prostate cancer”, under Principal Investigator Dr. Anju Bansal, Scientist D, National Institute of Pathology (ICMR).
Essential Qualification: Masters’ degree in Life Sciences with NET qualification / ICMR JRF/ UGC/CSIR.
Should have throughout first class and experience with molecular biology techniques.
Desired qualification: Candidate with research experience and good working knowledge of basic molecular biology techniques is desirable.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 28 years, relaxable for SC/ST/OBC persons as per Govt. of India rules.

The date and time of the interview will be displayed on NIP website. NIP reserves the right to shortlist the candidates in case of receipt of large number of applications.
Shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email. Please bring CV and all the original certificates and a set of attested copies of certificates on the day of interview. All Candidates must bring Class 10th Certificate as a proof of age & Caste certificate to avail age relaxation. Those candidates who will not bring these documents will not be entertained. Those candidates who are working in Govt. Organizations/Public undertaking/autonomous body should bring a No Objection Certificate from his/her employer. It may be noted that no TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. It may also be noted that there is no provision of hostel facility at the National Institute of Pathology.
