Two days workshop on “Application of Bioinformatics in Medical Sciences” Biomedical Informatics Centre, RMRIMS (ICMR), Patna is organizing a two days workshop (8th and 9th April 2015) on “Application of Bioinformatics in Medical Sciences”.
The topics to be addressed during the workshop include introduction to QSAR: Quantitative structure-activity relationship, Drug Discovery, Homology Modeling, Gel Documentation followed by lectures on immunoinformatic. This workshop will be useful for scientists, clinicians and academicians who are involved in basic and clinical research.
Eligibility criteria for applicants include a M. Pharm, B. Pharm, MBBS, M.D, M. Tech, B. Tech and M.S. (Bioinformatics, Pharmacoinformatics). Interested applicants may send their application letter with a small write up to clearly mention the benefit of attending this workshop along with curriculum vitae. The selected candidates will be intimated by email on 27th March 2015.
The selected candidates should bring a proof of identity (photo ID) for the workshop. The registration fee is Rs.1000.00.
The selected candidates will, however, have to make their own arrangements for travel; accommodation can be provided to outside participants only.
