To develop the downstream process for bacterial and cell culture based products
To optimize and scale up downstream process for bacterial and mammalian cell culture based products, prepare the process SOP, batch record and technology transfer documents
Should manage the routine operation and maintenance of chromatography systems like AKTA explorer, Purifier and other instruments used in downstream process like Tangential filtration unit
Ensure proper maintenance of documents and records related to downstream process development
Ensure timely completion of all the projects assigned, literature review, experiments design, and execution.
Experience 4-6 years
