APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED PURELY ON TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION ON A DST-SERB SPONSORED RESEARCH PROJECT WITH FOLLOWING DETAILS. 

Title of the research project Multi target antioxidant nanoconstruct for prostate cancer treatment 

Principal investigator Dr Sanjay Singh, Assistant Professor, Institute of Life Sciences, Ahmedabad University, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380009, Gujarat, India 

Project Assistant (01) 

Minimum qualifications M.Sc.(Life Sciences/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Microbiology) with at least 60 % aggregate marks or equivalent B+ grade Desirable qualifications NET/SLET cleared 

Desirable experiences Research experience in the areas of Nanotechnology, Cell and Molecular Biology. Hands on experience in cell culture will be very useful. 

Age limit 28 years (as on June 30th, 2015, relaxable in case of SC/ST/PH/OBC candidates as per Government of India instruction) 

Fellowship ₹ 16000/ month (Consolidated) 

Duration 3 years (The position is co-terminus with the project) 

The position is temporary, terminating with the project period of three years. Initial appointment will be for one year, extendable annually based on performance. Application forms for all positions can be downloaded from the Institute of Life Sciences website http://ils.ahduni.edu.in
