BHU Microbiology JRF/Lab Technician Openings


Application are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (1), Laboratory technician(1), Data entry Operator (1) and Attendant (1) with a Salary/Stipend/Fellowship/Fixed amount of (Please see the table given below) in a NMCG-Research through ICMR Sponsored Project entitled “A detail study to understand the non- putrefying properties of river Ganga in both water and sediment” sanctioned up to (Duration/Tenure) 2 years. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

1. Junior Research Fellow/ Senior Research Fellow @ Rs.28000.00 + HRA M.Sc. (Life Sciences) with 55% marks., NET/GATE/RET (BHU) 

Desirable: Experience in the field of Microbiology. 

For SRF – Two years research experience in the fields of life Sciences 

2. Laboratory Technician @ Rs. 16925.00 Essential Qualifications: B. Sc. / Intermediate with diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or High School with 5 years Laboratory Experience in Microbiological laboratory. 

3. Data entry Operator @ Rs. 17040.00 12th pass or equivalent from recognized board. A speed test of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer 

4. Laboratory Attendant @Rs. 14910.00 High School or equivalent with one year experience in the field of clinical laboratory from a Government institution or recognized institute or certificate of one year training in the relevant area or ITI or National Trade certificate of National Council for Vocational Training and successful completion of ATS in relevant trade from a Government recognized board.
