Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the following post in the DBT funded Project,
" In silico Design and Development of novel peptide inhibitors targeting CD147 through virtual
screening and biopanning of peptide libraries and in vitro validation of anticancer efficacies ",

Position:
Junior Research Fellow (Salary and perks: Rs. 25,000/- + 30% HRA per month) – 1
Post
This post temporary for a period of three years.
Eligibility criteria:
1. M.Sc in Bioinformatics/Lifesciences with expertise in Bioinformatics. NET Qualification is
mandatory
(or)
2. M.Tech in Bioinformatics/Lifesciences with expertise in Bioinformatics
Note:-
1. Candidates are expected to have expertise in handling Molecular modeling tools and skilled
in Shell Scripting/Python programming.
2. As project also involves Experimental works involving cell culture and drug efficacy
assessment assays and relevant hands on skills will be given preference.
3. Selected candidate is expected to join immediately
