There is a current requirement for a Medical Officer under the Srinivaspura Aging, Neuro Senescence and Cognition (SANSCOG) study. Essential qualification & experience MBBS or DPM Proficiency in Kannada language is mandatory. Telugu language familiarity is desirable 

Responsibilities Conducting medical assessments of study participants, clinical examination including complete physical and neurological examination, anthropometric assessment and overseeing investigations.

About the project: The SANSCOG study is a collaborative project of Centre for Brain Research (CBR), National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Sri Devaraj URS Medical College (SDUMC) and Indian Institute of Science (IISc). The SANSCOG study is envisioned as a prospective community based cohort study with long term follow-up over many years for comprehensive evaluation of risk and protective factors associated with cognitive changes due to normal and pathological ageing, Alzheimer's disease and other related disorders. In this study individuals with age >45 years are being recruited from the Srinivaspura taluk of Kolar district, Karnataka. 

Salary: Salary will be decided as per the qualifications and experience of the candidate
