Applications are invited for the purely temporary post of Junior Research Fellow in the AYUSH
sponsored research project entitled “Effect of Celastrus paniculatus (Malkangni) on cell model of
Alzheimer’s disease” (Ref No. Z.28015/06/2017-HPC (EMR)-AYUSH-C) and DBT sponsored project
“Nanoclay based study on protein stability and aggregation and its implication in human health”
(Ref No. BT/PR18844/NNT/28/1047/2160).
1. JRF in AYUSH project
Qualification: M. Sc. degree in any area of Life Sciences
Desirable: Candidates should have previous experience of protein biochemistry, protein aggregation,
preparation of plant extracts, spectroscopic techniques, molecular biology techniques, cell culture etc.
Stipend: Rs 25000+30% HRA
Duration: One year (extendable upto 3 years based on performance of candidate)
2. JRF in DBT project
Qualification: M. Sc. degree in any area of Life Sciences
Desirable: Candidates should have previous experiences of protein biochemistry, protein aggregation,
synthesis and characterization of nanoparticles, molecular biology techniques, cell culture etc.
Stipend: Rs 25000+30% HRA
Duration: One year (extendable upto 3years based on performance of candidate)
