Applications are invited on plain paper along with Curriculum Vitae for the post of one
PROJECT FELLOW in SERB funded research project entitled “Nitrated-Fatty Acids as Antioxidant
and Anti-inflammatory Therapy for Acute Lung Injury” in the Department of
ZOOLOGY, Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa. The project fellowship is temporary and is
for the period of three years or up to the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.
Qualifications for Project Fellow: M.Sc.in Zoology/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry
(First Class).
Preference will be given to the candidates having research experience in the field of
animal cell culture and handling of laboratory animals.
Fellowship: Rs. 14,000/- per month (As per YVU and SERB guidelines)
The candidates are governed by the rules and regulations of SERB, New Delhi and Yogi Vemana
University, Kadapa. The completed application forms along with the true copies of certificates
and research publications if any should reach “Dr. N. Venkata Rami Reddy, Principal
Investigator, SERB Research Project, Department of Zoology, Room # 264, Yogi Vemana
University, KADAPA-516 005, (A.P.)” on or before 29.10.2018 by post.
Date of interview will be intimated later to the candidate by post/email/phone. Candidate should
appear for interview along with their original certificates and other relevant documents. Selected
candidates have to join the duty immediately.
No TA and DA will be paid for attending the interview.
