Applications are invited for a JRF post in a DBT funded Project entitled “Combating Topical and Medical Device Related Fungal Infections Using Engineered Anti-Fungal Hydrogels


The selected candidate will be appointed purely on temporary basis, initially for one year which may be extended till the validity of the project based on assessment of the candidate's performance. 


Position: Junior Research Fellow (1) 

Essential Qualifications & Experience: Candidate must have M.Sc./M.Tech/M.Pharm degree (with minimum 60% marks) in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Computational Sciences or any related field with hands-on experience in Molecular Biology work, Cell Biology or Transcriptomic data analysis. 

The candidate should have qualified CSIR-NET or any other equivalent National Eligibility Test. 


Desirable: Research experience in molecular biology methods, cell culture, stable line generation, molecular biology or RNA seq data analysis. 


Salary: Rs. 25000 per month + HRA (as per university rules). Appointment will be purely on temporary basis and co-terminus with the project. The eligible candidates may further be shortlisted based on qualifications/experience depending on the number of applications received.
