Position: Principal Scientist (Bio-chemical Conversion Technology Division)
Specialization: In the area of bio-fuels
Essential qualifications: Ph.D. in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Enzymology/Microbiology with 6–8 years of rich experience in the field of bio-fuels in R&D institute or R&D division of any reputable industry on biomass energy/bio-fuel related technologies.
Should be able to convert concepts to technologies and able to take implementation projects.
Major responsibilities:
Strengthen/developing the divisional activities as a part of team
Prepare good quality proposals and bring projects into the division
Guiding project staff/students working in the project area
Implement developed projects in the field/industry
Bringing out good quality publications
Provide consultancies to various stakeholders
Remuneration: Negotiable based on expertise and experience (6.0 to 8.0 lakhs p.a.).
