Applications are invited for the position of One Senior Research Fellow under UGC-STRIDE programme (Component-I) – ‘Integrated Resource Centre for Environment, Climate Change and Biodiversity’ (IRCECCB). 

Title of the project: Studies on the impact of climate change on plant phenological behaviour, avian fauna and pollinator communities at urban ecosystems in Tamil Nadu. 

Duration of the project: Three years (2020–2023). 

Essential qualifications: Previous JRF experience in Central/State funding bodies sponsored research project focused on environment, climate change and biodiversity. 

Preference will be given to the candidates having previous research experience in climate change, environment and biodiversity with evidence of publication(s). 

Emoluments: As per UGC norms. 

Interested candidates having inclination for field research and fulfilling the above requirements shall apply on a plain paper giving details of academic qualifications, research experience, copies of certificates and publications, should reach to the address given below on or before 24 March 2020. No TA or DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the written test and interview. These positions are purely temporary.
