Applications are invited for a post of Postdoctoral Fellowship under ITC Limited Industry-Academia Collaborative Project funded by ITC, Bangalore in School of Bio Sciences and Technology, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore.

Title of the Project: Oleogels for prototypes melting at 37 C with a good sensory

Qualification: PhD in Food Science/ Food Biotechnology

Desirable (if any): Experience in chocolate manufacturing, development and characterisation of oleogel

Stipend: Rs.65,000/ per month

Sponsoring Agency: ITC, Bangalore

Duration: Project duration 2 years
