ADVERTISEMENT FOR POST DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP POSITION 

The Department of Biotechnology at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee invites applications from outstanding and enthusiastic researchers for postdoctoral position under the mentorship of Prof. Partha Roy focused on “Development of biodegradable multimodal polymeric nanoclinics for combinational drug delivery in pancreatic cancer and their detailed pharmaceutical study”. The prospective candidate is expected to have a strong background in the area of Pharmacology and drug delivery area. Candidate should have experience of working on cutting edge research in medical area. Other research activities may include in-vivo testing on mice model. 

Last date for submission of application is 28 July, 2020. 
Department intends to fill the said position by August 10, 2020. 

Minimum Qualification and Experience: MD in Pharmacology (Preferred)/ Pathology/ PhD in Nanobiotechnology 

Duration and Fellowship amount: The duration of the fellowship will be of two years extendable by one more year, if necessary. The candidate is expected to join the Department as soon as offer letter has been released. The fellow will receive a consolidated fellowship as below in addition with the contingency grant of Rs. 50,000/-per annum. First & Second Year: Rs. 55,000/- per month Third Year: Rs.60, 000/- per month
