M. Sc. Degree (awarded) in
Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Molecular
Biology/Genomics with minimum 55 % marks oe
equivalent CGPA (aggregate)
Desirable experience, if any Prior hands-on experience on molecular biology
techniques like RNA/Viral RNA isolations, qPCR is
must.
Hands on experience on next gen sequencing would
be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
Job requirement Project involves major field work in and around Pune,
Water/sediment collection and transportation to lab,
RNA isolation, Nanopore Sequencing and analysis,
Manuscript/Report writing
