Applications are invited for DST Funded Project entitled “Development of single cell derived clonal spheroids as a tool for drug discovery in cancer research.”

1. Research Associate (One) Rs.49000/- + 24% HRA

Essential Qualification

Ph.D. in relevant subject and minimum one publication in SCI journal
Experience in techniques on molecular/cell biology related to RNA biology, protein/protein interactions, Proteomics, mammalian gene expression, cloning and animal handling.

Desirable Qualification

Ph.D. in relevant subject and minimum one publication in SCI journal. The candidate should have good academic record. It will be an advantage to have experience in the area of Mammalian cell culture, Microscopy, Protein purification and Animal Handling.
The position is permanent and co-terminus with the project. The eligible candidates may further be shortlisted based on the qualification/experience depending on the total number of applications received. JNU may select candidate against the above post depending upon the qualifications and experience of the candidate and reserves the right to relax any of the qualification(s) in case the candidate is found otherwise well qualified by the Selection Committee.
