Applications are invited for the position of Senior Research Fellow (Project) for the following
time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below:
1. "Gene editing of key plasmodium
transporters and lipid metabolism
enzymes to decipher parasite drug
resistance mechanisms” funded by
DBT

Educational Qualifications: M.Sc. in any area of Life Science with good academic
record with two years of research experience. The candidates should also have
qualified any ‘National Level Examination’ (NET), as per DST OM dated 30.01.2019.
Job description: Experience in molecular biology, recombinant DNA protein chemistry.
Handling of mammalian cell lines and cell culture techniques Candidates with live cell
and confocal microscopy, FACS are also encouraged to apply.
Emoluments: The selected candidates will draw consolidated emoluments as per
Institute Rules, depending upon qualifications & experience
Rs. 35,000/- per month plus 24% HRA (As per DST OM dated 30.01.2019)
