Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one post of JRF in the DBT sponsored Ramalingaswami Re-entry Fellowship project entitled “Understanding the role of PIM1 kinase in modulating tumor-stroma crosstalk in pancreatic ductal adeno carcinoma (PDAC)” under the supervision of Dr. Kumar Nikhil, Department of Biological Sciences, BITS Pilani KK Birla Goa Campus, Goa-403726.
Qualification: M.Sc. Biotechnology or related technical discipline with first class.
Desired Qualification: Candidates should have good knowledge of biochemistry, molecular & cell biology. Experience in animal cell culture, animal handing, techniques of molecular biology & biochemistry will be preferred.
Duration: The post is initially for one year and extendable until duration of projects depending upon satisfactory performance.
Emoluments: Candidate with his/her own fellowship (CSIR-UGC, DBT, ICMR, etc.) will be preferred and will be given emoluments as per norms. Selected candidate will be highly encouraged to apply for Ph.D. Programme of BITS, Pilani as per Institute’s procedure.
