Applications are invited to fill one post of Junior Research Fellow at the Department of Biochemistry,
Panjab University, Sector 25, Chandigarh under the ICMR approved project entitled “Analysis and
evaluation of ergosterol and its derivatives as agonists of LXRs and their anticancer potential in
colorectal cancer” at the salary of Rs. 31,000/- p.m., plus HRA.
Essential qualifications:
i) M.Sc. degree with at least 55% marks in Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Life Sciences/
Biotechnology.
ii) Age limit is 28 years
Desirable Qualification: Qualified CSIR/UGC JRF or ICMR/DBT or any other National Eligibility Test
with a valid certificate.
