Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Biological Sciences at BITS Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus, Goa, for a DBT sponsored research project entitled ‘Polyamines and their involvement in GnRH I regulation and their role in Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) management’.

Co-Principal Investigator: Dr. Raviprasad Aduri 

Broad area of Research: Metabolic Disorder/ Endocrinology and Metabolism 

Duration of the project: 3 Years 

Fellowship Amount (Rs.): 31000 p.m.

Qualification: Candidates must hold a 1st Class M.Sc./MS/ME/M. Tech. in Zoology/ Animal Sciences/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry or equivalent. 

Preference will be given to candidates with GATE/ NET LS qualification. Candidates having good knowledge in Endocrinology/ Hormones with some knowledge in animal handling, cell culture and computational biology will be given preference. 

Candidates will be required to conduct experiments and computational studies as part of the project work.
