CALL FOR PROJECT STAFF POSITION FOR A DST-SERB ECRA PROJECT Date: 03/03/2021

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Project Staff position to work on the project “Identification of the regulatory mechanisms executed by bile acids during inflammation induced colon cancer" sponsored by DST SERB ECRA (File no: ECR/2017/01583), under the supervision of Dr. Trinath Jamma, Department of Biological Sciences, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus.

Title of the project: Identification of the regulatory mechanisms executed by bile acids during inflammation induced colon cancer 

Duration of the project: 9 months

Project position and number: Project Staff (One)

Fellowship amount: Rs. 18,000/- per month (consolidated)

Eligibility requirement: M. Sc. with 1st Class in Biochemistry/Life Sciences (from recognized university). Candidates with CSIR/UGC-JRF, DBT-JRF, INSPIRE are encouraged to apply.

Please note that only qualified and suitable candidates will be called for interview (online mode) to be held at BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. Note: The PI and Institute reserve the right to terminate the engagement of the project staff at any time, if the performance is not satisfactory. Candidates will be short listed for the interview based on merit. The date and time of interview will be informed via email. Based on the performance, the student will be encouraged to register into Ph.D programme if interested
