Position: Junior Research Fellow (1)

Qualifications & Experience: Candidate must have a consistently good academic record and must have qualified NET/GATE.

Academic Background: M.Sc. in life sciences / Biotechnology / or any biological sciences with a good academic record and experimental research experience in experimental biology.

Desirable: The candidate should have hands-on laboratory experience

Salary: (As per the norms of the university and funding agency.).

Applications are invited for a JRF post in SERB-DST sponsored project titled “Understanding the role of novel ADF domain containing proteins in the phagocytic cup formation in E. histolytica”.

Qualifications: M.Sc in life sciences / Biotechnology / or any biological sciences with NET qualification.

Desirable: Experience in molecular biology, cell biology and structural biology with at least one publication in related area.

Fellowship: As per SERB-DST norms.

Tenure: The position is purely temporary for one year and may be extended until early 2019(the end of project) based on satisfactory performance.
