SAU Breast Cancer JRF Vacancy


Applications are invited from highly motivated and bright candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) funded project Title of the Project: “Role of Prostate Tumor Overexpression 1(PTOV1) in Horizontal Transfer of Bioactive Molecules via Exosomes in Breast Cancer Cells and its Clinical implication." from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) with file No. 2020-4505/CMB/ADHOC-BMS. Principal investigator/Supervisor: of Dr. Yuba Raj Pokharel, Cancer Biology Laboratory, Faculty of Life Sciences and Biotechnology, South Asian University. 

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course. 

Prior experience in Cell Biology/molecular biology/ Animal handling/exosomes isolation/handling of human clinical samples is desirable. 

Preferences would be given to DBT/CSIR /UGC NET qualified students. Important Note: Only short listed candidates will be called for interview at South Asian University, Akbar Bhawan, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. 

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. SAU Selection Committee reserves the rights to relax any of the qualifications in case the candidate is found otherwise well qualified. The above-mentioned post is temporary and will be initially offered for a period of one year, which can be extended up to three years.
