Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Project Associate (1 No) at
Chettinad Academy of Research and Education (CARE), Chennai, India to carry out the research project in
the area "Recombinant Probiotic-mediated targeted delivery of CRISPR/Cas13 for the treatment of
SARS CoV-2 viral infection" sponsored by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India.
Essential First class in M.Sc./M.Tech. Biotechnology/Molecular
Biology/Genetics or First class in B.Tech. Biotechnology.
Desirable Candidates who have qualified National eligibility Test conducted by
different agencies of Govt. of India
Working experience in Molecular cloning.
Working experience in Bacterial Genetics.
Age limit Must not be more than 28 years as on closing date of application.

Fellowship As per DBT norms
Project Duration 3 years or till the completion of the project
